Monty’s Piedmontese beef is born on American soil but has a direct and elite Italian lineage. This heritage is verified by well-kept herd books and thorough genetic testing on every animal we raise.

Our herd is raised humanely on a two hundred acre pasture in Michigan. Our cattle openly roam through our grassy ranch where their natural diet is available at all times. We never use antibiotics or hormones and the herd is fed a 100% vegetarian diet that focuses mostly on Timothy, Brome, Alfalfa, and Clover.
