Sizzler steaks are known as the petite sirloin.  Sizzler steaks can be grilled or cooked in a sauté pan and finished in the oven or even broiled, but are best prepared using high-heat to sear the outside and leaves the inside moist and tender, and more so when cooked rare to medium-rare.
